ARRIVALS – AIRPORT TO HOTEL

If your ground transportation is listed as Uber, you will use the company Uber account to get to the hotel from the airport. The hotel address is 11011 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Please do not call for your Uber until you collect all your bags as they can not wait.

If your ground transportation is listed as Coach Bus or SUV, you have scheduled transportation from the airport to the hotel. Once you land, please make your way to the baggage claim area. As you come down the escalator, look for your greeter wear a black shirt and holding signage that has the UHM Logo. Your greeter will direct you to your luggage and then the shuttle (parked outside on the curb) that will take you to the hotel with the rest of your group.

If you have problems finding the greeter or the shuttle, please call the Greeter directly

**The shuttles will be monitoring flights for delays and will adjust your shuttle time as needed.

DEPARTURES – HOTEL TO AIRPORT

If your ground transportation is listed as shuttle, you will be picking up the shuttle from the main lobby of the hotel. Please arrive 15 Minutes prior to the shuttle time listed so you may load your luggage and ensure the shuttle can depart on time. Your shuttle will ensure you are at the airport 1 hour prior to your flights boarding time. If you would like to arrive earlier, you may take an earlier scheduled shuttle as long as there is room.

UHM will cover the cost of any paid luggage fees. Please keep you receipt(s) for reimbursement and make sure to fill out an expense report after the trip.

Spa treatment times have been held at Red Rocks Spa on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Each person and each guest are allowed to book up to 2 spa treatments per person.
